In Les Pays du Roi Morvan, Brittany, 2.5 miles from the picturesque village Le Faouët, on the road towards Scaër, you will find Auberge Kérizac, a pleasant country style restaurant where you can fully enjoy the gastronomic creations by chef-cuisine Cyrille le Meur. Cyrille takes pleasure in creating dishes that are a feast to both the eye and pallet that one should not miss. His dishes are a tasteful combination of ingredients, often from the potagerie du Kérizac. Cyrille lets you enjoy the full and rich taste of vegetables and fruits that were given the time to ripe in the rich soils of Le Pays du Roi Morvan. I also recommend the foi-gras maison - a liver paste from family recipe that for years has won medals at the Trophées de la gastronomie bretonne in Quiberon - and the succulent lams cutlets. Cyrille and his wife Sonya welcome you in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to fully enjoy the generosities of Brittany. Auberge Kérizac is open all days - except Mondays - during the season. Off season all weekends. All year round for groups, associations and business-dinners on reservation. From the 9th off august 2008 there will be an exhibition of my paintings in Auberge Kérizac!
